"I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool each day at 12- the guys from the animation team were excellent- made them good fun. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Good selection of fresh food & the entertainment in the evenings was very good. "

There was a great choice of food for breakfast in the morning, catering for all tastes and the apartments are well situated in a good place for walking into the old town or walking down to strip for the shops, bars and restaurants. "This was our 5th time to stay at this hotel and we’ve had nothing but good experiences. We always holiday in Playa Blanca and have tried other 5* hotels but we always return to The Volcan. The staff, as always, is so friendly and accommodating. I love how they’ve kept the traditional Spanish feel and decor that makes it a joy to walk around and that they have added modern touches without losing it’s authenticity. It is always spotlessly clean and has the best breakfast buffet with so much choice. Highly recommended."
