"Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly to provide assistance. I can stay in the hotel successfully with their rearrangement.
It is not far away from the train station. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light.
I truely recommend this hotel."
