“The property is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. Essentially feels like a hotel room since it’s a studio apartment with a small, attached bathroom. Little kitchenette is nice for storing leftovers. Host was easy to message with and check in process was easy. Building is quiet and clean. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot”

“This cute little apartment was perfect for my little weekend getaway to Sioux Falls. The location is great, within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars and shops, as well as Falls Park. The two bedrooms are sizeable. The eat-in kitchen is perfect for grabbing a quick meal before heading out. It's well stocked with everything needed. And so is the bathroom. Little amenities everywhere! Communication with the property owner was quick and helpful when I had a question. The place was……

“Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless.
