“The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and the small terrace was enticing. Bed was very good especially after climbing up and down Cinque Terre:) Loris was fantastic and very helpful. Check-in was very smooth and she walked me to the room. Getting to the room needed some stair-climbing so keep this in mind. If you don’t mind the climbing, this room provides good value for your money.”

“Do not take the hiking path that starts from the town of Vernazza, call a taxi to bring your luggage to the top! We made the mistake of bringing our luggage up the hiking path, which took an hour and 1000ft of elevation! Be wary of Google Maps and ask locals for routes. The walk from top to bottom is about 40-50 minutes, and some 10% inclines, but great exercise if you don’t mind the journey! The view alone makes this worth it. “Not recommended. The supposed Mountain View room was actually just a small window looking at a hillside/somebody's private garden. The walls were paper thin and you could hear construction in the halls and all over the hotel. In fact, the entire hotel was under construction and smelled like black mold To cap off our disappointment, we had a discrepancy on our checkout date and the owner was extremely rude and gave us 30 minutes to vacate (even though we were an hour and a half away having……

“The location is beautiful, the view of the church and part of the bay is a good morning wake up dreaming view.. my only complaint was the arrival… the office was close at 4 pm and nobody was answering the WhatsApp contact. A lady open the door to the building where the office was located, and we where able to contact a different phone #, however we have to wait another 20 minutes to finally have the phone answer (they didn’t call back, even though they know we were waiting).. non issue if you……

“Apartment was clean but very limited, no night stands, no luggage racks. Tucked in the alcoves with some stairs to climb to get in. There is a bar very near and people were partying in the ally until late in the evening and porters were cleaning and moving stuff very early in the morning. Beds could use some updating. ”
