"We had a bit of a bumpy start eith reception after arriving in the evening to what was a note saying back in 20 mins ehich wasnt the case. However the following morning we went to mske a complaint. We spoke to Jimmy who is by all means the Chef. He was absolutely amazing he got straight on the case and then spoke to Elena the reception manager , who again did everything to rectify isdues. When we arrived in our room we had no towels, no remote and no hairdryer which they do have at reception if you cant find one in your room. I can honestly say without Jimmy and Elena i eould have rated this possibility 3 stars but the customer service thry gave and the above snd beyond , i believe they deserve 5 star review. They are the absolute foundation of the Roseum.
The cleaners the room was well kept snd clean. The hotel itdelf was very nice snd food was plentiful and sgain nothing was too much when asked to cook. We were also given a bottle of wine as an apology. Thankyou so much for turning our stay around completely Elena and Jimmy xx"
