“The property managers were top notch...I hate giving this a review because it's so wonderful at Porto 15 that I might be letting the cat out the bag.. gorgeous rooftop pool with a view all the way out to the Ocean . Mix that with the rooftop Jacuzzi and the weather, hey you can't ask for anything better. The place was awesome and you learn your parking spot so everyone works together. “El hotel se encuentra dentro del centro comercial la isla, la zona es muy segura y dentro de la plaza puedes encontrar cualquier cosa que necesites. El personal siempre fue atento y agradable. Las instalaciones en general son limpias y modernas, lo mismo con la habitación que es muy espaciosa, limpia, con todas las amenizadas requeridas y una cama muy cómoda.

“We love this resort so much. A lots of good restaurant options such as French, Italian, Seafoods, buffets and etc. It’s good that we were able to use both the Secret and Dream facilities when we stayed at Secret. Too bad we were able to use the main pool for a couple days before they shut it down for renovations during our stay. The main pool over Secret is the best. All staffs were super friendly and they made sure we had a great time regardless what we did. The drinks were also awesome.……

“Great authentic hotel, we had access to the incredible pool straight from our room, which was a sun trap all day and had loungers dotted around. Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Located in a reasonably good area, 15 minute walk away from the main strip so noise is low. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to check out, which feel more like places the locals go!
Would definitely stay here again!”

“I truly enjoyed every moment I spent at this location. I stayed at La Hacienda which is the adults only part and it was absolutely relaxing. Maribel at the cafe in the front was outstanding. She really took care of us as much as she could and if I ever stay again at La Hacienda is because of her. The whole staff goes above and beyond for everyone. The hotel is also very close to everything. I felt very safe and welcomed here. ”
