「I was traveling on July 15 and the only good thing that this hotel has are the super attentive and very friendly employees, we had to ask them to change our room because the one we had was horrible, the air didn't work, the musty smell was too strong, the floor was all full of water, the walls liquefying water, the bathroom had never been washed it, apparently since the hotel opened, and the towels and sheets, don't even say horrible, the super disappointed cleanliness was not what we expected,...
