“I just loved this place. Felt like visiting family on a remote beach. 180 deg. out from all inclusive corporate places. My hut room was spacious, restaurant was real good. Staff super friendly. Plus got warm welcome from the owners dogs who watch over things. If you’re looking for upscale fifth Avenue luxury Hotels this is not it if you wanna get out in nature and kind of feel like you’re camping in a way and just getting away from everything then this is the place. “These Hotel has outdated rooms , beach area and chairs are not well keep , not many variety of food. LONG line for drinks because they have one bar. Many people smoking all around they had no designated area for smoking . One of our rooms door looked never closed and the air wasn't working. We had to move are kids to our room safety”

“Mi experiencia fue muy mala. Al llegar al hotel intentaron cobrarme una tarifa adicional por mi hija menor de edad únicamente porque es alta y aparenta más edad. A pesar de que es una menor, insistían en cobrarla como si fuera un adulto, lo cual me pareció injusto y poco profesional. Además, la comida fue de muy mala calidad y el trato de varios empleados fue grosero y poco amable. En lugar de ayudar a resolver la situación, solo hicieron que la experiencia fuera más incómoda.
