“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“El hotel es excelente para familias. El club Landi (niños) tiene muy buenas actividades y las piscinas no son muy hondas, por lo que pueden jugar muy bien en ellas. La comida es variada y tienen varias opciones saludables.”

“Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.”

“Nous sommes restés dans un duplex avec une grande terrasse vue sur les terrains de tennis, partiellement mer, un store banne pour le soleil et des transats. Appartement très bien équipé, propre, des lits confortables et le confort de la clim dans les 2 chambres du bas. La piscine chauffée à 28 degrés un grand luxe et vraiment sympa avec le coin pataugeoire pour les touts petits, les bouées jeux gonflables et protections tout petits mis à disposition. Gentillesse et serviabilité au bar et à……

“El hotel tiene una entrada majestuosa. En el séptimo piso, donde me alojé estaban en obras, y empezaron desde temprano por la mañana con ruidos molestos; cosa que no se mencionó al hacer el check in. Eché en falta un par de botellitas de agua de cortesía , y al ir a buscar una al minibar , estaba vacío. Además había unas hormiguitas minúsculas, campando a sus anchas en una de las mesillas de noche . Busqué el nido pero no pude encontrarlo. Lo comenté con la señora de la limpieza y me dijo que……

“Really enjoyed my stay the room was absolutely perfect so much room it was great. The staff were really friendly and polite, also the spa was absolutely amazing the best if been to nice wee gym aswell the pools outside were amazing especially the jacuzzi one I couldn’t get out of it I loved it and a good decent buffet breakfast with friendly staff can’t complain only thing I wanted a late check out but couldn’t get it as my flight was until late but they gave me a room so I could clean up. ……

“Stunning room with view over the golf course and out to the ocean. Room was clean and service on point. The food was fantastic, the evening buffet was different every night, with a great mix of local and international selections. We went to the restaurant one night and this shouldn’t be missed if you do go. The food was fantastic and all from the islands, including the wine. Some of the best food we had during our stay on the island The pools were perfect.”

“Très bon séjour Le personnel à l'accueil est réellement très sympa et réactif. Séjour d'une semaine en famille, couple avec deux enfants. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner avec une personne peu agréable et psychorigide sur les menus, impossible de remplacer un smoothie par un café par exemple... Autant une cuisine dans les appartements mieux vaut privilégier de faire ses courses au Lidl qui est juste en face. À part ça, super endroit, je recommande”

“This is a very nice hotel in the centre of Costa Adeje ,it has a lovely swimming pool and when we were there the pool was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room shuts at 9.30pm with very little leeway which seems pretty early for Spain.”

“We liked it very much. We were the only Dutch people, most are Brittish and Scandinavian. Close to the beach, boulevard, shops, restaurants and bars. Somebody pooped in the pool, so one day the pool was closed due to cleaning.”
