“Everything was perfect, really nice and clean flat, strong Wi-Fi, amazing roof terrace with pool. Perfect location in the center of the town. Really lovely owner, easy communication.”

“Fabulous apartment located a few steps away from the pool. It had everything we needed, if there was one thing I can suggest, it would be good to supply lounger seating pads for the sun beds around the pool. Lovely touch leaving a welcome pack for arrival and communication with the agency was fantastic, always replied to any questions before arrival quickly. A short 15 minute stroll to the marina, where there are lots of nice restaurants, and a large supermarket less than 10 minutes walk away,……

“Das Appartement ist wirklich schön. Auf der Terrasse lässt sich schon morgens schön Frühstücken. Die Sonne ist den ganzen Tag da. Die Umgebung ist einigermaßen ruhig und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Matratzen leider etwas zu hart. Praktisch war die eigene Garage mit direktem Aufzug zum Appartement. Wir würden dort wieder Urlaub machen. Danke auch an Jorge. ”

“Très bel appartement, bien equipé, magnifique vue, avec une grande piscine très calme. Costa Teguise est bien situé pour rayonner sur toute l'ile, on y trouve de nombreux restaurants. Nous avons passé 1 très bonne semaine.”

“Die lange Fußgängeralle ist sehr schön. Die Bushaltestelle war nur 5 Minuten vom Appartment entfernt. Es gab auch gute Möglichkeiten mit dem Schiff Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Vom Mirador konnten wir den Ort hervorragend überblicken. Nachteilig ist, daß es für den kleinen Ort zu viele Touristen und Besucher gibt.”

“Mein Aufenthalt war super. Alles hat gepasst.Sonia ist sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen und gab mir schon Tipps bevor ich angereist war.Die Wohnungen in dieser Anlage sind etwas hellhörig. Aber als Frühaufsteher war es auszuhalten.Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals.”

“Just a nice walk into Puerto Mogan or a short 5 minute drive right to the parking at the port An apartment with everything you need. The night sky like a comforting blanket... Sitting on the balcony and away from the light pollution of the port.. Just so special. We were there for almost two months Wonderful manager So helpful when we needed them for an issue unrelated to the property. They went above and beyond. ”

“This property was spacious, very reasonably priced. Everything was provided, towels, kettle, utensils etc. I liked the key safe, i find it very convenient when one arrives and also for leaving the key in it when you are out and about. No chance of loosing the key. There were also matts for the sunbed at the pool.”

“Perfect location for Costa Calma. 5 minutes walk to the ocean, 3 minutes walk to the supermarket, all necessary restaurants and shop in walking distance.Public transportation to and from airport as well to Morro Jable available. We didn't need a car during our stay. Perfect.”

“Eine schöne Wohnung in einer eher weniger schönen Umgebung. Alles in Ordnung, hätte der Gastgeber unsere Anfrage nicht ignoriert. Das finden wir sehr bedenklich”

“Das Apartment war besser als beschrieben. Ein superschöner 3 monatiger Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sofort geholfen wenn mal irgendetwas war. Ich bin einigermaßen fit , so dass mir die Berge nichts ausgemacht haben, im Gegenteil sie haben mich fit gehalten.... Ich würde immer wieder genau dieses Apartment buchen.”
