5 Bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms on 1/2 acre, 2 miles from the Strip. Sleeps up to 14.

This beautifully decorated vacation home rental features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, poker table and a family room with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room.

World Series of Poker WSOP participants should note that this home is about a 5 minute drive to the Rio Casino and has very easy access to the freeway. This Las Vegas Vacation Home Rental is perfect for World Series of Poker WSOP participants!

The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late night snack in the nook. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere around the property

Five nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. Every bedroom has a King size bed. Four bathrooms, a large laundry room with two washers and two dryers for fast laundry, compliments the interior.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa. waterfall for serenity and waterslide for the kids make this backyard an awesome retreat. A covered patio with furniture and a built in barbecue grill that runs on natural gas, so you never run out of propane. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home. There is a 5 hole putting green, for everyone to enjoy.

All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

Great Pool and Outdoor Activities and Home
Celebrated a 52nd Birthday at this awesome home. The pool, hot tub, and slide were all amazing. We all spent our time outside doing a bunch of different activities. The putting green was challenging and fun too. Great place, highly recommend.

Very nice house in Las Vegas area
The house was great. Came for a wedding anniversary. Good location close to the strip, but far enough away to feel like you're out of the hustle and bustle. Pool and spa were heated. Slide was fun. Everything was clean with the exception of a few dishes. Only problem was the jacuzzi tub was not working, which was fine since we had the spa to ourselves.

Very Happy with our stay! Myself and 5 co-workers stayed here for a work trip and would absolutely stay here again! Neighborhood felt safe which was a plus! Check in process was super easy! An email is sent with instructions- we had no issues at all! When I did have a question, the response time was so quick! The home is generous in size so it worked well for us when getting ready in the morning or relaxing during our down time! Home is clean and in good condition! The yard is amazing as well! We took an uber to the strip which was also super easy- every uber arrived within 5 minutes or less and was within ten minutes to get to where we needed to go! Very happy with the stay and we would 100% recommend this property and stay here again!

Christmas Getaway
We had a great time staying here! The house was extremely well equipped for everything we needed for a week. We also cooked Christmas dinner and appreciated that we had more than enough kitchen equipment for more than 10 people. We could have stayed solely in the house for the full week and still been entertained. The basketball court was a hit for our boys! In all honesty I could keep writing positive reviews about this property and host. Just know that your family will be very comfortable and taken care of if you choose this property. We will be reserving this house again on our next trip to Vegas!! Thank you so much Jamason and Leslie for hosting our family for Christmas!!

Perfect getaway
Enjoyed staying here. Kitchen was well equipped & had a dream laundry rm, multiple washers & dryers. Ideal location. Pool was too cold to enjoy, but the hot tub was nice repreive. Home is showing a bit of wear, but King beds were appreciated. Pool, hot tub, basketball, pickleball, poker table, ping pong, games, AND a putting green. Had a great time with our family!
