Great Location and Wonderful Host

This house was better than advertised and located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the Strip, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and a lot of local restaurants. All of the communication about check in/out was perfect and well timed. I would highly recommend this property.

Super cool house in a nice area!

The house worked perfect for our needs. We have a merged family with a whole clan of kids, and we all fit and slept very comfortably there! The EV charger was a huge selling point for me as well. It worked great and it was so nice to not have to worry about finding chargers around the city during our trip!

Very enjoyable

We stayed at this vacation house for a short family vacation (4 nights). This nicely decorated house is very clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood, everything inside the house is exact as the photos show. We were impressed how thoughtful the owner is to provide a baby crib, bath stool and a decent size computer monitor which is perfect for remote work when it became necessary, as well as some snacks, small but makes the home warmer. We had a great time for our stay and will come back again.

Glorious Guys’ Weekend Fun!

This house was even nicer than photos show: clean, well equipped, nicely decorated & packed with activities! This was a perfect location for a special birthday Guys’ Weekend! They had a blast staying here & would have enjoyed staying much longer. So inviting, relaxing & pleasant to be here! Zohar was so easy to reach & accommodating. Comfortable beds & great lounge chairs (I want one!). Highly recommend this place! Was so grateful to find it!

Henderson Gem near Los Vegas

Our family of 7 had a marvelous time at the home in Las Vegas. The home featured activities for different ages, including some outside activities, and indoor pool and board games. Internet service, modern appliances, easy access to stores / food places are all in close reach! Close to the Hoover Dam, and not to distant from Vegas, we could not have had a better experience. Communications with the host were easy and effective. Would certainly visit again!

This house is awesome. This house has everything you need, confort, entertainment, quiet neighborhood, safe, close to Airport , restaurants and Vegas Strip but away from the hustle and bustle. Zero traffic in the area! The owner is friendly and is always available, at any time mind you, to answer any questions you might need and this is something you don’t se any more. Safe to say that I would definitely recommend this property!

Little Gem in the Desert

This was the perfect house for our family and friends. There were six of us, and there would’ve been room for more! It was beautifully decorated with a Zen vibe, and just made you feel comfortable the moment you walked in! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the backyard was beautiful, spacious, and so relaxing! We didn’t even get a chance to use the hot tub! There was even a room off the master to just meditate or do yoga! Can’t say enough about Zohar, always available and always helpful! I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Overall decent place! Safe location!

We had a nice easy time at this property. Pool was nice even though it was getting chilly outside. Home was clean. It had a big 2 story front entrance to the upstairs. The floors were hardwood, so they were clean. The stairs were a little steep for little kids. The netting was not up tight to keep the poll areas separate from kids, but I installed the poles in the backyard and it stayed in place. Garage was 3 cars and can fit most normal cars and SUVS. Location was safe and nice, end of a quiet cut de sac. That is a good thing.

Large comfortable House, but many rules, high cost.

The house is large and pretty comfortable. there is a wide range of bed firmnesses and things to do and places to hang out. The number of signs and rules about when you can use the hot tub and what blankets are for what, etc. is pretty oppressive. We wanted to enjoy the hot tub at night, but that wasn't technically allowed. There is a fire pit, but you cant use it after dark in the summer so many things like that seem just for show. Apparently that is a city ordinance in henderson, but i have heard from locals that that is just an excuse used by rental agencies to avoid risks of noise complaints etc. If you want to stay in Henderson with pets and a lot of people, this is a great spot. but it wont be cheap, and the facilities may prove less useful than they first appear. I have submitted suggestions to management to ensure there are places to plug in phones by beds, that the lights all work, that there are oven mitts, etc. but these sorts of oversights that are common in non-lived-in homes are especially prevalent here.
