We stayed for 10 days around the holidays. The property is very nice and conveniently located near the strip and UNLV. The neighborhood is quiet. Having laundry in the unit was so convenient. It’s an upstairs unit-so there is one flight of steps to the property. Place was nicely decorated and everything looked new. Very clean and communication with owner was good. Parking is on the street right in front of the property.
