"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado es como el Punta Cana o el Cancún pero de Europa, el bulevar lleno de tiendas y restaurantes todo muy bien iluminado las calles espectaculares, yo me quedé en las habitaciones que son mirando la montaña y estaba súper amplia estilo suite, los desayunos y restaurantes muy buenos, hacen muchas actividades sobre todo para los niños, la zona de playa del hotel es una de las mejores. Recomiendo el hotel completamente. Los empleados son súper amables y serviciales."

"Superb hotel, great location for ourselves, 3rd time visiting and we love this hotel. Room was lovely and clean, we chose to overlook the pool area. Breakfast is outstanding, probably the best you can get. Staff and housekeeping are are great, super professional. I’d highly highly recommend this hotel, we couldn’t fault it."

"The poperty is within a few metres of the beutiful Los Cristianos beach and the port, and only five minutes to the larger beach of Las Vistas. The views are spectacular and the opportunities for people watching excellent. The beach front adjacent to the property is busy until late evening and while some people comment that it can be a bit noisy it is generally wound -down by midnight. I did not find this an issue at all and it did not impact our sleep. The nearby 'Las Americas' resort is geneally viewed as a clubbing hotspot and is within walking distance or a short Taxi ride away. The property has three mid-size supermarkets within a few hundred metres and a huge range of restauants, fast food outlets and cafe's at your doorstep. The property was just as described with a double bed and additional sofa bed in the lounge. Our party was three adults and all found the space and facilities more than adequate. The internet in particular exceeded expectations and facilitated streaming of TV programmes. The poperty was clean and with plenty of towels and clean linen provided. The hosts Diego and Andrea were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Overall this was a pleasant experience. I would definately stay here again and be happy to reccomend this property to friends."
