"We are handicapped so being able to park right at our door was wonderful. It was quiet and the room was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous especially the lady that was working the front desk that is from England. We love Ocean Springs and we have stayed in other hotels there but this will be our go to for all future visits"

"Everything was great except the pool and hot tub. They let us use the next door one but it wasn't great either. Hyatts pool was freezing and the hot tub was just as cold. The pool next door was warm pool water and colder hott tub. If they got that under control it would have been a perfect stay. Food is good. Its alot to choose from and they do change it up. And yes breakfast & parking is included so that was a plus too. I'd definitely stay here again. Room was very spacious and clean."

"We were on the 16th floor and a big dog was in the next room to us barking all night. You could tell it was a big dog by his bark. I understand people like their dogs and sleep through the night with your dog barking. I don’t have a dog and your dog kept us up all night barking. "

"Love the pool area however, I expected better with hotel rooms for the price!"

"Friendly staff!!! Hotel accommodate local routes. Only thing I would change is providing microwave in rooms to reheat outside food!! Highly recommen this will be my stay for every trip."
