“I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available. Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous. Travel desk for all local information was available.”

“Clean and hygienic washroom with good flow of hot water from shower head. Family suite with one and half washroom was perfect for 4 adults. Beddings were neat and clean. Perfect location, steps away from Golden Temple. Secured premises with onsite parking. Overall stay was pleasant. ”

“It is a lovely classic property in a Good location. The staff are very good and helpful and the food was excellent ! I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and booked for further 2 days on return trip. Thanks ”

“The location of the property is the best part about it, being near to all the famous places. The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls.”

“It was a great stay, good air conditioning and food options (including options if you do not feel like having indian food). The hotel has been well furbished and all fittings work well (other indian hotel ive been to usually had something faulty or not well installed) and were well kept, such as taps being polished well. Staff were great, fruendly laundry and housekeeping. The general manager was pleasent and welcoming, he went over and beyond as a host. I liked the hotel was so near to the……
