“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning.……

I was first assigned Room 117, and the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty odor. When I checked the bedsheets, they were filthy—covered in stains and small bugs. I returned to the front desk to request a different room, but the second one, Room 105, was even worse. There were dead roaches on the floor and in the shower, the mini……
