“First time for us in Holbox, and AWA is a nice boutique place. The hotel is located by Punta Coco, in front of the beach, with nice rooms, a superb breakfast, and a great warm atmosphere. In our opinion, the best option to stay in that section of the island. Holbox is a place to relax and unwind — downtown has a small, charming local market, but also plenty of unexpectedly great dining options."”

“After my stay, I’m quite annoyed by all the negative reviews. My experience was great, room was cute and spacious , location is perfect, staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is varied and tasty. On the first day the bathroom smelled like sewage (which can happen because this is AN ISLAND) but I guess someone might have reported it because it was fixed the next day. All to say, pay no mind about bad reviews, this is a great place to stay in Holbox. People complaining about the staff……

“El hotel está muy bien decorado, es cómodo y tiene todo (piscina, gimnasio, business center, club de playa, etc. Las camas son nuevas, buenas sábanas y toallas. Buenos amenities. La habitación tiene todo! A pocas cuadras del centro en un lugar seguro para caminar. Tiene un restaurante propio que funciona como club de playa y de noche dan cena-show.”

“The hotel is right on the beach which is lovely, with beautiful birds and trees all around. The staff was extremely nice and helpful too, and the hotel is in a good quiet location but still an easy walk to the center of town and activities. The amenities could have been a little more luxurious--the instant coffee in the room, for example, could be improved. The food in the hotel restaurant was atrocious, unfortunately, so plan to eat elsewhere.”

“El hotel está en remodelación y no tiene nada que ver con las fotos publicadas. El gerente tiene una pésima actitud, mi esposo se cayó en uno de los pasillos del hotel porque se les ocurrió encerar la madera y no pusieron ningún señalamiento y el gerente fue cero empático, pero el resto del personal muy bien, sobre todo el mesero William. De cualquier forma Holbox es un paraíso y estos detalles no arruinaron nuestra estancia.”

“Les piscines sont mal entretenues, l eau est brouille, la piscine du rooftop est un peu mieux . Bien que l emplacement soit magnifique de même que l hôtel en soit, les prix sont dérisoires. Un verre de vin 26$ canadien ( pas la bouteille , le verre), le déjeuner inclus est continental donc sans œufs, il comprends fruits , un mini contenant de yougourt et une tranche de pain avec confiture. BON À SAVOIR; lisez les petits caractères.. vous êtes gentiment accueillis par une taxe ( taxe de l îles )……

“Mi única queja es que no había agua caliente para bañarse, yo entiendo que es una isla muy calurosa pero si traes niños o adultos mayores pue si puede ser incómodo!!! Yo me adapte pero si hace falta el agua caliente. Por lo demás el hotel es muy bonito y pasé unas de mis mejores vacaciones!!! Gracias Holbox!!! Yo si regresaría a ese hotel!!”

“Séjour de rêve. Plage magnifique. Un peu loin du centre mais nous n'avons eu aucun regret. magnifique hôtel, très bon repas. 5 étoiles pour le séjour. Vous pouvez vous louer un golf cart mais les taxis reviennent vraiment moins cher. même si vous en prenez vraiment plusieurs. ”

“Todo muy bien. Quizá el único pero fue el chico de nombre Alberto en recepción que no es muy atento, o no lo que nos hubiera gustado en este tipo de hotel. Muy serio, y poca empatía”
