LEFT BANK - P2 of 37m² completely renovated on the 2nd floor of a small quiet condominium, composed of a bright living room with a sofa bed in 140cm, TV overlooking a terrace of 5m². An open kitchen (Oven/ Microwave, fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher). A bedroom with a double bed 140cm and a TV. A bathroom and a separate toilet. A terrace of 4m² at the entrance of the apartment. Vehicle not needed. Located in 2nd line. Close to all amenities. Pets are not allowed.
100m from the beach and 800m from the city center. Come and discover the many activities, fun and tourist visits available to you at the Grau du Roi and its surroundings.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Set of sheets: 15€/ Bed (Flat sheets x2)

Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
