We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.”

“We needed a place to stay for the weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation from RIT. Beatriz home was perfect! This is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The home is spotless and well maintained, comfortable, well stocked for whatever you need and the yard is a huge plus. Beatriz went out of her way to make sure our family could enjoy and celebrate our son’s accomplishment. She was so thoughtful and so attentive. Thank you Beatriz!!!”

“My wife, teenager, and puppy traveled to Rochester for the first time for the eclipse and used this home as our base operations as we explored and enjoyed the sites. Ultimately the weather didn't cooperate for the eclipse but we have zero complaints about the home. It was spotless, plenty big enough, and within walking distance to any additional amenity or store we may need. Highly recommend.”

“The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.”

“The property was as described online. There are a lot stairs to climb; therefore, those with walking challenges may have a difficult time entering and leaving the property. The property is beautiful and perfectly located so as to get to anywhere in the city within 15+ minutes. We were very pleased!”

“Ha our host was wonderful at answering all my questions and quick to respond. House was good for our needs and the shower took a little getting used to, but was quite interesting and to talk about. Great weekend spent with my daughter who lives in Rochester and a close family friend.”

“The property was as beautiful, convenient, clean, well-decorated and accessible as advertised. The location was perfect for walking around the neighborhood, to Highland Park, Mount Hope Cemetery and the U of R medical campus. We loved our stay here.”

“It was great for one two nights stay - we enjoyed having our meals on the porch and drinks around the fire pit. I would suggest to our host to add a couple of decent Stemless wine glasses and then kettle. They was a bit of a noise from neighbors, but it’s all settled in the evening. Outdoor furniture could be cleaner, we had to wipe ourselves.”
