“This is our second time staying at this property. It's a wonderful, clean, convenient space to stay when visiting campus/dropping off kids. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus so it's easy to get to KU but far enough away that you have a little bit of space from the busyness of the campus life. And Jori is a great communicator and easy to work with. We will stay here again, for sure. ”

“Check in was super easy with coded access to the property. The location is amazing as it is close to many amenities but feels like you’re in a neighborhood. Love the big fridge, ice maker and filtered cold water pitcher in the fridge. Super comfortable beds. Generous amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper. Host was very responsive with anything that came up. Highly recommend. ”

Really neat layout that allowed for separate gathering areas yet all feels connected. The pool table and arcade game were a nice bonus and got a lot of use. ”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Garden Cottage! We were there for 3 days while in Kansas City for business and it was the perfect place to unwind after many business meetings. The surrounding countryside is really peaceful and the gardens area is pretty. The pond is a nice place to sit too. All the appliances worked well, it was clean, and the owner was great at getting back to you quickly if you had a question. We had the farm fresh eggs and they were fantastic. If we come……

“It was a little discomforting at first with the cameras, but it’s understandable since this is their primary residence. I got used to it. Overall the house had everything I needed and they allowed me to park in the garage during storms, which was nice. I spent most of my time in the basement or the kitchen, overall I would recommend this place.”

“I needed an Airb&b close to the working dog competion that we were participating in. It is a great venue with plenty of room to walk and exercise my dog. I loved the horses, chickens, ducks and especially the fresh eggs. Great service as well.”
