“Staff was great! Checked in right away. Fitness room is a small. Bar food was alright.”

“Most of our experience was really nice. The shower in our bathroom had some dirty grout, that wasn't as big of a deal. The silicone seal at the bottom did look as though it had that pink mold on it and black mold was visible as you are in the shower looking out. Water damage to the bottom of the door inside the bathroom with peeling paint.”

“What I liked most was the comfort of the bed and pillows: firm but with a soft, gel-like top. Other things not expected was bathroom hair dryer, in shower shampoo dispenser, cell phone charging plug near the bed, microwave, and refrigerator. Outdoor plants near the lobby were lovely.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. Our assigned room was not clean but they quickly assigned us a nice room. The pool was nice but the hot tub water was yellow and not appealing. Otherwise we had a nice time.”

“All staff members I encountered were very friendly. Their greetings were warm and welcoming. Questions that I asked were answered with a warm smile. I was asked if I had anymore questions. That was done with patience. There were plenty of choices for the continental breakfast. And one of my favorites, checkout wasn't until 12pm. I like that it is downtown. I am sure I will be staying again in the future.”

“very dirty, tube sink not working, not recommend at all!!”

“Our second stay. This time we noticed how humid our room was. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and with our family of four taking showers over a 2 night stay, the humidity seemed to stay in the room. The air conditioning unit had a panel over the controls. Temperature could be adjusted by a wall mounted unit, but there was no way to shut the fan off. The fan on the unit blew cold air the entirety of our stay (but that didn't seem to lessen the humidity). Our room had a lamp attached……
