“The unit was very clean. Location was great. Slight problem with check in. We had all the check in info texted to us. Got into the complex with no problem. Tried getting into the unit we were given and the code didn't work. Tried a few times, finally called the emergency number given. The gentleman on the phone had us try a few times with different code. Eventually he told us we were at the wrong unit. Not sure what happened but we were where we were told to be. “This loft was everything!!!!! So fun, so roomy and so comfortable! The location is perfect for out of towners to experience KC, but a great staycation for locals as well. Highly recommend!”

“We loved staying at this loft. Family of 4, 2 young adults and the three bedroom layout was perfect for us. We liked being in the Crossroads area, allowing us to be close to so many things (18th and Vine museum area, WWI museum, Nelson-Atkinson, Toy and Miniature museum, Kauffman stadium). We drove to KC and drove everywhere we wanted to go, save for walking two blocks from the flat to go to Grinders, Session Taco and more. Very clean place, stocked well. ”

“We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to the Plaza in 5-10 minutes.The only issue was the elevator was broken on the day we checked out so we had to navigate 6 floors of steps with our luggage.”

“Very disappointing experience. We had to check out early due to significant flooding in the kitchen. The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional. ”

“The condo was spectacular. As soon as we arrived, we thought we just wanted to stay there and not go anyplace else. It was so warm and cozy. Every detail is done with finesse including artificial arrangements place perfectly around the apartment. Plenty of towels nice hot water for showers and even a washer and dryer if you choose to wash your clothes, I would say this condo is just perfect. Easy access to the plaza and all the wondrous decorations. ”

“The condo is spacious and comfortable. We only stayed one night so we didn't use the kitchen which looked to be well equipped.We selected it because we thought is was truly a first floor unit with an at-grade entrance. What they don't tell you is that it is the lowest unit, but it requires you to carry your belongings up and down seven steps. ”

“I stayed in the upstairs unit. it was clean and comfortable. i loved having the washer and dryer available in the unit. the kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, etc. it was nice to be able to park right in the drive way. the staircase going to the second level unit was a bit narrow.”

“We booked this loft because we were in town for a couple of days for a show at T-Mobile Arena. The Oak Street Lofts couldn't be in a better spot for arena shows. You don't have to worry about parking or traffic. You just take a short walk right before your show starts, and you're there. Glorious.”
