「I booked last minute on a holiday weekend so took a bit for the host to get me setup with the GeoKey. If you are in the same position there is enough people traffic to get in the gate and the front door. Host was great!」

「The location was very ideal. The space was cute and felt safe. Despite construction on the road, it was easy to get in and out. The host does not communicate on vrbo - I had a question about check in and never received a response. Fortunately I was able to find a previous email from KC Stay with check in details. 「I would’ve been helpful to know how many steps there were to get to the master bedroom, however until I booked it we didn’t realize that there were 3 flights of stairs! No TV in the master bedroom. It was very hard to get ahold of the host but once I called Evolve directly, he called me back. Won’t be renting here again.」

「Very disappointing experience. We had to check out early due to significant flooding in the kitchen. The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional. 」
