“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Premier NYC Gateway Hotel! The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and very comfortable—much larger than we expected for the New York area. The hotel also offers convenient onsite parking, which made our trip completely stress-free. Its location is excellent, with easy access to Times Square and many of New York City’s major attractions, making sightseeing quick and convenient. “The pillows had sweat stains and just looked past its time to be replaced. There were ants in the room, the remote control was sticky like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. Moldy smell coming from ac unit. The floor was not clean, as the bottom of our socks were black. We specifically booked this hotel for the pool and hot breakfast. Both were closed due to renovations. A sign would have been nice. A partial refund should be issued.”
