「Excellent location, warm pool and beautiful home」

「Our stay at this property on Sanibel Island was mixed. There were a few positives - the beds were decent, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen had the basics to cook meals. The TV setup was fine too.However, there were several serious issues that made the stay disappointing. The biggest concern was that a rat was living in the only grill, making it completely unusable (in addition to not having any gas) and raising sanitation concerns. 「We had a fantastic vacation with the family at this property. Location -awesome . Property was very nice and was perfect for a family. Everyone had their own space yet there were common areas for gathering . ( that pool!!!) The owner was very responsive and the small issues we had were addressed - the house had many amenities and the owner put much thought into what her guests may need /want during their stay. 「Stayed March 2025 - Loved the location, close to everything. The pool lost its cage due to hurricane but we actually liked it better and had no bug problems whatsoever. Views from pool area great with palm tree lined horizon. This is not a newly built home so some normal wear is to be expected.Liked it so well we have reserved it for next year.
