“入住时等了很久，车辆、住客都堆积在大门口，酒店大堂门口是代泊车、第一次去的话并不知情，为此等很久、一片混乱。入住后感觉员工很热情、心情稍平复”

“Pink Shell is a great place to stay with lots of things to do without leaving the resort. The resort was very clean and staff were pleasant. There are many different places to purchase food and drinks and plenty of free fun activities. The included breakfast is a step above and was very convenient. This location is at the end of the Blvd, but is well within walking distance to the area downtown. There is also a shuttle trolley that's very convenient for those unable to walk much. “Overall great experience nice and clean room, the Italian restaurant pretty good, the upper deck restaurant not too good menu items overpriced compared with the Italian one. The pancakes exaggerated big just to look at them I lost my appetite ”

“Overall satisfied with the property. Really nice pool and garden area. Pool was very clean and kept up. Room was smaller than pictures showed but the kitchenette was convenient. Bathroom is small. So small. And the room we were in did not have a plug in the bathroom ??? Also only other mirror in the room did not have a plug nearby. Very hard to get ready but we made it work. Our room was also clean along with the rest of the property. I did not see one bug 😊 staff were very friendly and……

“We always stay at the Lighthouse when we visit Fort Myers Beach. They have everything you would need for your beach stay. The staff is super accommodating, from the parking attendant to the front desk. They all really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close to all the beach activities going on at Fort Myers Beach. ”

“Now have to 'request' coffee maker. On duty manager wanted to argue about setup even though sign in room said 'on request'. Hope this isn't all HIE policy. Limited breakfast last day due to 'an emergency'. Overbooked, king bed and sofa really isn't an upgrade from 2 Q's, a small partician does not make 'suite,”

“Website is deceiving, this is not a resort like advertised. It is individually owned places managed by a resort. You have to come prepared with food and water. Getting towels at pools by the condos were a constant problem. The views were beautiful and lots of great wildlife to enjoy watching. ”

“the property is well maintained. Landscaping is beautiful. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Screened in balcony has 4 chairs and a table. Nice pool with umbrellas and good food at the tiki bar. They also set up beach loungers and umbrellas for guests every day on the beach for you! Room A/C worked great. Full size fridge and microwave. It could use a closet in the master bedroom as there are only 2 nightstands with 3 drawers each, but there was a closet in main room of suite……

“Great resort, and property. Good food, tiki bar, and activities for the kids at the pool. Bikes to rent were fun, and tennis/pickelball was fun to have right on the property. I've stayed here 3 times, and will be back again some day.”
