“I loved the place but was charged for resort fees and it should’ve included the room!”

“入住时等了很久，车辆、住客都堆积在大门口，酒店大堂门口是代泊车、第一次去的话并不知情，为此等很久、一片混乱。入住后感觉员工很热情、心情稍平复”

“Overall, we had a good stay, but there are several areas that could be improved. The hotel is nice overall, room was fine, ac was good, but it hotel lacks entertainment. The bar has no music, which makes the atmosphere feel quiet, and it closes quite early. The complimentary beach chairs are a nice perk, but there are no umbrellas available. Also, the staff who collect the chairs constantly monitor guests and seem eager to remove them. They even start collecting the chairs before 7:00 p.m.,……

“Check-in was the best I’ve ever had, the gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and ever so informative. He explained everything and left nothing to think about. Captiva Room was so nice, very clean and head everything we could ask for. Property was well maintained and had so many activities and all was included. Ate dinner at Rae’s restaurant which was delicious. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday.”

“The rooms were very spacious with a kitchenette and the balcony was big enough to sit out on it to have lunch or dinner. I would highly recommend this place!”

“Estuvimos hospedados en the bay inn at lani Kai y puedo decir que el apartamento estuvimos súper limpio, todo hermoso y es el perfecto lugar para disfrutar de la playa solo cruzar la calle y ahí estás, todo bien hermoso! Recomendado !”

“We love staying at Tween Waters on Captiva Island! We have stayed here several times. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the bay from our room! We met friends here and we all had fun over the 4th of July. It is so nice to enjoy the pool, the beach and restaurants at Tween Waters but what we love the most is being able to go boating while we are there. We usually bring our own boat but this time our friends brought their boats. It is nice to be able to……

“Bad customer service , I had high expectations for Hyatt Regency Coconut Point because the property itself is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined our stay. When we arrived, we had to wait over an hour while maintenance tried to fix our room door. After all that time, the door still wasn’t working. I spoke with a manager, who responded with an attitude instead of trying to make things right. We were finally moved to another room over an hour later, only to discover……
