"The front door code lock worked when it wanted too. Forcing us to lock the front door and use the back door and walk around. Except when that door stopped working. Bugs found in the master bath in 2 different areas that we had to spray and wipe up. Yes, I understand its Florida but still. However the bed sheets were clean, lots of pillow choices, and towels to use. Property could use a refresh, its been beaten up a bit through the rentals but a good deal on price for what you receive. Pool heater didn't always work, but was refunded the money for that. Communication started off great and tailed off a bit, but they did respond. Good location, nice views, overall a positive stay."

"This was the best house we have rented by far. The house was spotless clean, even smelled fresh. Pool was clean and warm. everything you need and more is supplied. The host is always there to answer questions. This will be the only house we will rent from now on."

"This was the best property I have rented in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area. The amenities were top notch. It was quiet and peaceful. A great place to just relax. Beaches were within 20 minutes of the house. The pool was heated by solar power and was always at a comfortable temperature. Would highly recommend."

Last but most importantly the property manager was outstanding. Easy to reach and responsive to our needs."

"Checkin ended up being easy and painless. We ended up having to get more paper towels and trash bags for the place. There weren’t many towels/handtowels. There is lots of space and many beds. Location was nice it was like 15 minutes from lots of restaurants and 25 from the beach "

The owners were easy to contact and always responded right away whenever we had a question—they were very helpful. The kids absolutely loved the heated pool and all the pool toys, which made our stay even more fun. The location is also great—close to just about everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again and refer to others! 5 stars! "
