“The property was 10 minutes away from the Pelham Racquet Club and most restaurants. The owner quickly responded to our needs.”

“Myself and three friends stayed here for a golf trip to the RTJ Trail. The house and property were nice and clean and had everything we needed. Great proximity to courses. Beth was an awesome and helpful host.”

“House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property.”

“This was a great place just putside the city (with a short drive in, if you wanted). Owner was quick with responses. We'd stay again.”

“Only other feedback is this house sleeps 5 adults not six. Twin bed is small. Sofa cannot accommodate adult either. Otherwise all was great”

“Everything was exactly as advertised, nice home, good neighborhood, walking distance to stores. Only issue is hot water tank makes constant noise. I thought a toilet was running when we walked in but it never stopped. Otherwise totally perfect 👍 👍”

“It was a nice place to stay for the night. The host did give us easy to follow directions to find the unit. Though, parking was not great for us a with a full sized SUV. It was a little tough to pull out when the neighbors had their vehicles parked as well. There is other parking on the street, but it was full. And the driveway is fairly steep to walk up. We stayed for an event. When we had comenback to the unit that night, the tv on the main floor was on, when we know it was not on when we……

“House is unique - nice furnishings, comfortable, charming interior. Beautiful views of the lake. Lots of stairs to get to the house and lots of stairs getting down to the water. AC wasn’t working. Knob of main bath shower fell off so we had to use the guest bathroom for showering.”

It was very dark outside and we did not expect how difficult it would be to unload car. We are in our late sixties, so that was a struggle. Overall, it was a nice stay..”

“Little to no communication with property owner. I had to ask him for code to get in. The property is nice! However there needs to be blinds on the living room windows since 2 of the beds are there. There was also a major ant problem. I would stay again.”
