“The house is great. The pictures are accurate and it’s overall very comfortable. The yard and beach are nice especially with little kids. The beach is small but perfect to contain a roaming 4 year old. Quick walk into town and very very quiet. ”

The location was perfect – just a short drive to both downtown Suttons Bay and Northport, giving us easy access to great dining, local shops, and scenic views.The property itself was stunning. “Wonderful! Taylor was a kind and thoughtful host. The cottage is perfectly located, cozy, and quiet. The walk to Northport on South Shore is beautiful with views of the lake and wildflowers all along. (We also saw deer, bunnies, and frogs on the two track path.) The cottage was clean, bright, comfortable, and the deck in front was beautifully landscaped and an excellent place to wind down after a day at the beach. Christmas Cove beach was a short 10min drive as was Green Bird, our favorite……

“While we were there on a very hot weekend we were able to keep the house cool with the fans at night. Being from Western North Carolina my husband and I were able to adapt however, I would probably suggest that anyone with less of a heat tolerance be sure and check the weather for your stay! The property is adorable, private, and comfortable.”

“The house is located on a perfectly angled lot where the views of Lake Leelanau are clear. Trees surrounding the property are beautiful. The day travel location is great to visit surrounding areas in every direction. The cottage itself is spacious and felt like your own. The beds were comfortable too. The kitchen was well organized and stocked. The porch was our favorite morning area to enjoy the views with our cups of coffee. ”

“The cottage had everything we needed and room for everyone. Having two full bathrooms was a plus. We were able to walk into Suttons Bay for dinner or shopping anytime we wanted, it was also an easy walk to Hop Lot brewery and close to wineries. Lori was prompt to answer any of our concerns.”
