“Room is nice and spacious and they have baby crib for my baby which made my trip easier. It’s a quite new hotel. Breakfast is not included so we have to pay extra for it. ”

“Hotel is good, receptionist is very polite and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Certainly, i will come back for my next trip. One short note, the restaurant people seems not too friendly and arrogant when we were asking for done water and forks.”

“The property was nice and was conveniently located by several eating options. There is a bodega on property with drinks, snacks, etc. However, they are a bit pricey. Check in and out were quick and easy. For the most part the staff was friendly and welcoming. We asked for a refrigerator that we didn’t receive. However, when my husband brought it to their attention, the front desk clerk offered to have it sent up right away. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would stay at the NYLO again. ”

“Please was clean and quiet. During my check in the staff didn’t greet us, didn’t say hello can I help you or anything. If he didn’t it was so low I didn’t hear him. During the check in process he talked so low I could barely make out what he was saying. Breakfast could have been much better. I didn’t eat.”
