「When I stayed one extra night I was overly charged, in my opinion. The agent could have mentioned what the room rate was and given me an option. Basically, I was charged the same rate, $260.00 for (1) night that I I initially paid for the first (2) nights combined, $260.00.」

「The staff were all very friendly, professional, and supportive, especially considering the majority of guests are also patients at MD Anderson. We loved our little junior suite and will definitely try to get a larger room next time. The only downside was that the shower leaked water all over the floor in the bathroom. 」
