不滿：整潔度和住宿狀況
Mixed review, the rooms are really outdated, rooms smelt really bad with severe damp, I slept under the blankets in the heat because of the smell. Multiple families members stayed and their rooms also had the bad mould/damp smell. But the outside is beautiful, the gardens are lovely, the buildings are pretty and you can't hear the busy streets. The resort is also in a great location in Legian.
The staff are really friendly, always smiling and say hello as they walk past. Beautiful people.
