“Perfect location to downtown!”

“We stayed for 3 days , for a convention my husband attended. It was very convenient to his location . We enjoyed being able to cook our meals . The kitchen was stocked nicely . I would recommend this for a couple or single person .”

“We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues.”

“I loved everything about this place. It is located in a quiet area and also in a area that made all of our adventuring a close drive. We were able to meet the owners and had a very nice conversation with them. We plan to come back and enjoy more of the moutain trails and would love to stay here again.”

“A wonderful first-time visit to Asheville as a special treat for my mom, and it was absolutely magical! The time we spent at the house was limited, but it was super comfortable, stocked with all the essentials, tastefully decorated, and there were treats :) It's rare a VRBO host goes the extra mile with little touches like a bottle of wine or chocolates--Sara & Nicole really care and it shows. We enjoyed every minute we spent in the house, and particularly after being on our feet all day……

“We LOVED our stay at this location! It was incredibly spacious and felt like our own personal home. Our pup loved the grassy area. The shower was incredibly spacious and the whole space was modern, updated, and very clean. In great proximity to everything in Asheville. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip!”

“Walkable or within 15 minutes of anywhere you may want to go in Asheville. The location is fantastic, and right across the street from the New Belgium Brewery and river walk. The space was very clean and well-kept. Very comfortable bedding!”

“This residence was exactly as described. It was rustic but well appointed and had a beautiful view. Our weekend there was very relaxing and the host, George, was very gracious. Although you seem to be out in the middle of nowhere you are very close to restaurants and shopping. The drive is a little difficult for those who are not used to steep hills and hairpin turns but we encountered no issues.”

“I really like the layout and the beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet at night. If I could come up with something negative it would be the parking. If you drive a bigger vehicle the street parking doesn't really work. The public parking is a little bit of a walk but other than that, very nice stay, would definitely rent it again.”

“Cozy Upper Room was perfect! The location was wonderful, the accommodations were superb, and the town of Black Mountain was so enjoyable! We really enjoyed eating our meals on the deck, especially our morning coffee. The birds were so vocal in the mornings! And the tub was such a luxury!! We also loved meeting Ottie and Taz, the dogs! What sweethearts!! Also, don't miss out on the local farmers market on Saturday mornings! What a treat, and it's only 3 blocks away! Cozy Upper Room is a fantastic……

“We booked this location with our friends and family and enjoyed everything about it. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook less for our family. This clean and spacious home made it easy for us to hand out And talk, play games and relax by it having two separate loving spaces. We never got to use the fire pit or jacuzzi due to our other scheduled plans however we do plan to make this an annual trip For our family. Another sweet and helpful tool was the welcome book with all the local……
