“Beautiful lobby, friendly staff at check in, dated room with no real blackout blinds, disappointing shower with low pressure and not very hot”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sketchy looking guests. Huge problem was no coffee in the morning until 8am when restaurant opened. I was gone by then. And no microwave so I couldn't even bring my own coffee the night before and warm it up. Even one of those lame little coffee makers would have got them another star”

“The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.”

“Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service ”

“Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing, largely due to poor communication and subpar customer service.First, we were not informed at the time of booking that the pool and spa were under renovation, this was the main reason we chose this hotel, and the lack of transparency was frustrating. During our stay, the power went out for several hours. I had to escalate the situation and ask to speak with a supervisor to get assistance with storing and warming my baby’s pumped breast milk. This……

“No complaint. Good room, good breakfast. Complimentary dinner from Mon to Thur is simple but good enough. When shuttle is unavailable, shuttle of the hotel next door will assist.”

“For the price it was poor condition. I prebooked so didn't realize. The room wasn't ready when i arrived at 5. For 225 plus tax it wasn't great. The shower didn't work properly. The pool was great but other than that, it wasn't good. I might not have left a review if i paid much much less. ”
