「Das Hotel liegt an einer super Lage, total Zentral. Das Hotel war sehr sauber überall, das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und Frühstück war auch vielfältig, es fehlte an nichts. Das einzige Minus, das Bett empfanden wir als weniger bequem. Ansonsten toller Aufenthalt.」

「位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。」

「Notre chambre était spacieuse. Literie de qualité, lit confortable. Très propre. Le personnel nous a bien guidé et conseillé pour les activités. Le déjeuner comprend plusieurs choix (pain, viennoiseries, céréales, granolas, œuf, yogourt), choix de confiture, jus maison. La salle de restaurant est au niveau terrasse dont la vue donne sur le lac.」

「A hidden gem tucked away in a sweet little Swiss French village. These waters are incredibly healing and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful, between two mountains and there are saunas, hammans, jacuzzis, massage jets and so much more. I loved my stay at the hotel and it was quiet and serene. The only downside was at the buffet as I have a shellfish allergy and I don’t read French, but that’s more on me than them. Easy train ride from almost...

「This is a wonderful hotel in one of the most beautiful places in the world. You're steps away from the HR Giger Bar & Museum, Castle Gruyeres, restaurants, and little shops. It's amazing. And breakfast was so good.」

「職員態度友善有禮，房間寬敞整潔除睡房外，還有客廳，廚房，雪櫃和焗爐。房間面湖景，漂亮。美中不足是沒有洗衣設備，酒店介紹資料顯示有洗衣設備但實際是要交職員代為處理，收費昂貴，一件短褲或T袖收費各CHF8,兩件合共，CHF16。另外是早餐食物款式少，很基本食物，主要提供麵包，果汁及熱飲及一些乳酪及配料等。」

「The staff was very kind and professional. Loved the dining room and food. We were upgraded to a larger room which I appreciated. Loved the view. Tiny room but didn’t expect anything different. 」
