"We would not recommend this location to anyone. Do not be tempted by the price. I will start by saying that the owner did recently renovate the property, but that the renovation needs a lot more work. We actually left after one night as we did not judge the place safe for us without extensive work, and because we didn't wait to discuss it with the owner, we were denied an opportunity for a partial refund. Restaurants, bars, food stores, Metro and events are all very easily accessed.The property itself is well laid out and was perfect for our family of 5. The property also has a home like feel to it which makes it an inviting place to stay.I would highly recommend this property."
