「We went to the front desk only to note that there was no front desk agent, only a security guard. He escorted us to our room. The room still had trash in the bathroom trashcan. The toilet seat was dirty and it was apparent. The bed sheets had stains. We told him and he indicated that they did not have much availability. We told him to contact a manager and he did.
