「When the ac froze up and I called the desk he said he would be right there. Within 5 minutes his wife and him were right there to look at it. Told me that they would be right back with a replacement. 10 minutes later they had it replaced with a brand new ac unit that worked great. They had great communication with each step in fixing the issue. Very polite.」

「My 4yr old daughter ending up forgetting her stuffed animals there and they went above and beyond for us by saving them up and then mailing them back to me. These guys are the best and deserve a raise for the amazing customer service they provide!!!!」

「My friend and I were in Kansas City for a football game. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and it was really close to the stadium. The house was clean and Peggy the property owner was awesome! She was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again the next time I'm in Kansas City.」

「My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a cute little house, decorated nicely, with three bedrooms with clean, comfy beds and a kitchen stocked with some essentials, notably coffee. Our host was very gracious and communicative.I would definitely recommend, and the next time I have business in the area, I will be staying here」
