Welcome to Georgetown's Boho getaway! The warm and welcoming decor guarantees your stay is comfortable. This cottage is close to everything Georgetown has to offer including shopping and restaurants. Additionally, you could take in the quaint little park across the street to experience some downtown Georgetown history and enjoy some fresh air to help you relax and unwind. This house, over 100 years old and is the cutest! There's a cozy loft for extra space and an extra bed, peaceful back patio with gas grill and small fire pit. I would love to be your host!

Wonderful Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay for our girls trip! The beds were SOOOOO comfortable and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was convenient to walk to the local restaurants. Would stay again for sure!

A unique brick home housed us on our trip!

We love the uniqueness of the house and the great backyard. It came with two dedicated parking spaces and room for two more. Great restaurants near by and close to a fun downtown shopping area. The house worked for us and was home away from home.,

Great Location

Convenient to Keeneland, Kentucky Horse Park, the Distillery District and other places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed Georgetown’s older homes and the historic downtown area. The restaurant just across the street was very good for dinner. Good communication with owner.

Comfortable stay!!

It was the ideal location in Kentucky for the activities we had planned. My family, 80 yo to 29 yo, had their own cozy spot to sleep after busy days. Our VRBO host, Jonathan,was very prompt to questions. I would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

This is a must stay! Great spot located next to a lovely restaurant and Main St. Parking is great and the beds are probably the comfiest I’ve had anywhere outside of my home! The only negative was that it is a tight squeeze to get to the loft space but that’s part of the charm. We would most definitely stay again.

Cute place!

Bed sheets and towels smelled amazing and fresh! The feel of the place was amazing, love the historical feel (old floors,brick,etc). I also loved the parking area, will have to come back and stay longer! Also, don’t forget to checkout the donut place around the corner, it was super good! Great location!

We chose this property for our Lexington area visit for the charm of historic Georgetown, central location to horse farms, distilleries, Keeneland & the Arc Encounter. It was an excellent choice! This delightfully decorated & restored vintage home was fun, quiet & very comfortable. The home is very walkable to downtown for great dining & variety of shopping.

Georgetown Boho Getaway

Very cute and cozy property. Beds were comfortable. There were enough towels. Supplied kitchen had the basic amenities. Great location, walking distance to downtown Georgetown and a quick drive to Lexington. The farm to table restaurant across the street called "Local Feed" was very tasty. Cute area, we would definitely consider staying there again.
