Close to airport. Poor communication on how to access the property. I reserved a two bedroom unit as I did not want to share a bedroom with my elderly parents who get up to use the bathroom all night long. When we arrived, there were two beds in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with absolutely nothing in it. While we could have moved the smaller bed to the second bedroom, it didn't have any AC and was blistering hot. I messaged asking for a new room or some kind of help and received no response. Why would I have booked a two room unit if I wanted to share a room? I ended up sleeping in the vestibule between the two bedrooms. While the main bedroom did have AC, it was an ancient mini split that barely cooled the room.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. A/C was less than up to par, and it is quite a noisy location. The neighbors roosters start crowing around 2 am and never really quit. That said it’s probably worth what you pay for it.

We were suppose to have 2 rooms and they put us up in the family room this was not what we booked as we were traveling with my family and some friends and we like to have our space. There was not much around to walk to and there is no front desk to figure out things if you get there past 5pm

Pleasant experience but some room for improvement! Cute local hotel close to the airport. The cafe was a nice touch but notice that they are closed on Tuesdays (just for information). The rooms could use some work but they were clean and beds comfortable. Lots of road noise from the highway so I recommend some ear plugs! AC worked and there was also a fan in the room.

I paid for a room and when I arrived after hours I opened the lock box as instructed by the emails i recieved and there was no key. Thankfully there was a couple coming in at the same time as me so they phoned the after hours number as I couldnt make outgoing calls due to the poor reception in the area. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and told me they had no rooms for me. It was around 8pm in the night and by this time there was not a single room in the area available. My three year old and I ended up sleeping in my car over night on our first night in Costa Rica. I do not recommended playing with this joke of a hotel. I still cant believe this happened and the fact she was so ignorant about it and not willing to even help me in any way was disgusting. DO NOT BOOK HERE, YOU ARE NOT PROMISED A ROOM EVEN IF THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Room was filthy, wasn’t clean, sheets and towels on the floor and the garbage was full. We were told room 4. When we arrived we called and messaged the hotel and no one responded. We got into contact with Expedia who also didn’t make contact with the hotel and said they would request a refund on our behalf. We then found a new place to stay. Over an hour later the hotel said that there was a late check out and we were in a different room than what we were told. The hotel has refused to refund us despite them not being present when we arrived, not picking up the phone when we called, or communicating we’d be in a different room altogether. Expedia then emails me saying the hotel has refused to refund me due to cancellation policy and we’re basically out of luck. Literally the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel and with Expedia. It feels like a bit of a scam. Do not stay here.

No one was there, the door to the hotel was lock and nobody answered to phone# from the posting on the door. The entire establishment was completely abandoned.I can't tell you any more about it, because it was closed and we had to find other accommodation

It was not very nice experience. To get to the place it was an adventure. There is not signal to be a hotel, there was a lot stairs to climb and we have a senior with disability. To leave next day to the airport, it was very difficult to get a taxi. Overall, a terrible experience. I will not recommend for people with a lot luggage and seniors.
