“Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. “If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night.
The staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable although it was very difficult finding extra pillows.
