“My room was dirty and shower didn’t drain, also had dirty linens upon arrival. This was a celebration for my 30th birthday and they still didn’t take care of the problem when sending maintenance and the cleaner for freshened room. Came back and just place clean bed linens on top of the dirty ones. I called they upgraded us and still had issues. This place is advertised as newly renovated and it was definitely not. The pool had a ring of black mold on the inside and cloudy water. Charged another……

“The view was amazing. Right out the doir was the ocean. Breakfast downstairs in the hotel with view of the ocean. Prices at the restaurant was within normal range not exaggerating because of the connivence, and tasted excellent. We had dinner there n the last evening and tasted great and bill was reasonable. Staff was friendly, room were cleaned on time and well and surroundings was well maintained. The last week before the end of vacation the sea became rough because it was the start of the……

“Pool closes early at 8:00pm, we weren’t able to enjoy it. Too crowded. The beach was closed off due to extreme density of seaweed along shoreline approximately 3 feet wide. Room was not ready upon check-in time. We had a late check-in at 5:30pm opposed to 4:00pm but Jenny front desk staff was very understanding and adjusted our check-out time to 1:00pm in place of 11:00am. Restaurant only serves breakfast 8:00am to 10:00am, no other meals available for lunch or dinner. Stay has only valet……

“Had a trip on June 24 til 28 abd stayed at this hotel. Members of staff were friendly, polite and always ready to accommodate your needs. Building is clean starting from the entrance to our bedroom unit. Bedroom unit is spacious. Bathroom is clean. What I like about the set up of the bathroom--- it has a separate sink and vanity mirror so one can fix oneself while others can do they're own stuff in the shower. Will stay here again on our next travel at Fort Lauderdale in the future and will……

“This is a wonderful, hidden gem. It does not feel like you are in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the keypad on our door but it was immediately taken care of. I would 100% recommend this hotel.”
