「AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! we checked in and everything in the room was broken! Doors glued shut !we got the code via text well after 4pm which was the code to someone else’s room ! We stayed a night and got a call while out exploring that they checked us in the wrong room and were going to move our stuff without us present ! Phone numbers don’t work !! Came back and found cockroaches in the room ! They were not pamello bugs !!! Owner offered to exterminate our room the next day ???!! We checked out...

「This is a great hotel in Hollywood Beach. It is clean and the beach and restaurants are on the broad walk. Friendly and welcoming staff. There is 24 hours service, if you need anything late night. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. 」

「I would not recommend anyone staying at this property. It’s so run down, dirty, and in ill repair. The owners or investors of this property are only concerned with dollars not a great experience or how the property looks. The lobby is nice but this is definitely not an ART DECO HOTEL. Whoever has been rating this as a 4 or 5 star probably was not looking at the condition of the rooms. I have pictures to prove the condition of the property!!! Horrible and disgusting I promise. 」

「Room was very clean and housekeeping came daily which i declined some days. They made excellent use of the limited space.」

「This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!」

「We had a nice view of the ocean. The pool, pool deck, and hot tub were fabulous! My 4 star rating was because there was no microwave in our room (they had certain floors that had a microwave by the ice machine) so that was inconvenient. Also they didn't have a table on the balcony so there was no place to put a drink or whatever. The bed was amazing! And everything else was great! I would definitely stay here again!」
