"Very nice"

"The hotel was very nice, the enmities were really exceptional. And the staff was very accommodating with the exception of two areas of my last stay. The cleanliness of my bathroom floor and the not so pleasant treatment from a short order cook at the omelet station. The employee did not understand the circumstances nor did he plan to listen to the reason as to why I had my family member hold my place in the cook order line. I had my family member (Aunt) hold my place in line, so that I could stay with her blind husband at the table as she gathered his food for him. The male cook was loud and became argumentative. Because of the large number of people around and to keep the moving. I ask my Aunt to let it go, it’s not worth it. His behavior was unexceptionable. Apparently there are behavior issues with the staff because I overheard a supervisor briefing the morning staff in the dining area. About staff arguing with each other. It’s a shame one employee can make a bad experience for a Hilton Honors Member. "

"I have stayed at this property over seven times. The rooms are always clean and I love the balcony with ocean view from my one bedroom King suite!! I had the pleasure of meeting Kazzy at check in and she was very nice and helpful! I experienced one issue this time around with a young man trying to enter my room claiming he thought it was Rm.205 instead of Rm.305 I reported it to Kazzy and she assured me she would make a note in the system, but that didn't make me feel any safer. I also asked for late check out and it was rudely denied by Elena. I'm really considering not ever going back to what I call my Hidden Gem, based on this last experience."

"This was the 3rd time that I've stayed here. Perfect location to the beach, restaurants and shoppers. The room was small but clean. Quiet and the staff was very friendly. "

"The location is super convenient in the midst of the food and entertainment. Some of the front desk staff were unfriendly but all the valets were excellent. While the recent physical upgrade were noticeable the housekeeping service needs a lot of improvement. The bath tubs appeared not to have been cleaned regularly and the floors were not swept regularly. This is the second visit of me and family since March last (four rooms each time) but will be reluctant to stay there again."
