The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day ……

“Apartment is nice but the area is not ideal and the sliding glass door to balcony on first floor would not lock. Advertised as an Expedia VIP property but did not honor any offered rewards. I cannot affirm room upgrade availability but I only saw one other person at the property and no other cars in the parking lot.
