“We were in town for a couple days visiting family. We were not necessarily looking for downtown but if that was your goal it’s a great location. We enjoyed the cleanliness and it accommodated our family. The living room furniture is stylish but in my opinion not very comfortable. Everything else was 10/10. If back in the area we would rent again.”

“Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers.”

I appreciated the privacy, but it was a little strange hearing voices from the connected home and realizing they likely heard mine as well. Would stay again.”

“The cleanliness, check-in process and communication met all our expectations and the property was as pictured in the listing. I would only recommend that blackout curtains be added to all the windows in the condo. There are bright flood lights outside all of the units in the condo complex that keep the interior of condo well lit throughout the night, which made it difficult for everyone in our party to sleep, in addition to a train that ran along a nearby train track three to four times a night.”

“I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated staying in this lovely Vrbo apartment this weekend(June8-9)! I stayed in number 12 at the 70 New St. I checked in June 8 and left June 9. What a cute place and a fantastic location! It was cute, clean, and safe. I felt very much at home and actually slept better than I do at home. What a comfortable mattress! Being able to stay there allowed me to attend the horse event I went to further over in Gray, Tennessee-The Born Wild Event. It was……
