During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」

「We really enjoyed our stay in the suite at Elia Palatino. Reception is in a sister hotel a couple doors down and it is staffed 24 hours which was great. We were able to safely store our luggage until our room was ready, and we could pop in at any point to ask questions or get help with anything. There is oven to cook which is amazing but if there is microwave oven to heat the food in a short time would be even better.
