This house was perfect for a cozy girls trip .We played board games , watched Netflix on their nice TVs ,cooked and went on walks . We parked at Booth Bay Center and visited the bridge,exploring town . We saw a huge starfish in the water there! Some cold days during our visit in April but this house was warm ."

"Communication with Property Owner was excellent. This cute little cottage has been renovated and has a nice feel indoors. There is a beautiful porch on the back with a lovely view. The unit includes a mini fridge and mini microwave along with a little table and two chairs. If you have long hair, water pressure could be a concern. My shower worked great but the sink water pressure was not strong. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The air conditioning works fine."

"We were very comfortable in Martha’s house! Very clean, well stocked, obviously she likes to bake/cook! Had a little trouble locking up door as it told us it wasn’t locked when it clearly was, no issue w/ check in code. The book collection and Down East magazines were amazing, we brought books and sewing projects…never turned on the TV. Anyone w/ mobility issues should be carful w/ thresholds, few steps and rugs. Thank you for sharing this lovely house, so cozy!"
