“Hotel room was nice and clean, spacious enough for the 2 of us, everything was in working order and tea/coffee stocked up. Only down size was the bed, it was nice and big however, made a noise every time you moved and was quite soft compared to what I’m used to but I guess that’s down to preference.”

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“First impressions of the hotel were excellent and overall it is a lovely place with generally attentive staff. All was going well and the receptionist said that we were lucky as our room was air conditioned, while others were not. We had been allocated room 6 and on opening the door there was an interesting staircase which split in two at a small landing with one set of stairs going to the bedroom, with the other leading to the shower room. “Very expensive for the type of hotel! We were disappointed no breakfast included in the price The toilet seat was peeling The taps had lost their labels ..disgusting ! In the night I walked by my bed to the the “step into the loo “ and nearly broke my toe scraped my my back on a badly placed wooden and brass door stop We will never visit this hotel again and would like a refund”

“Location was a plus since you don’t have to deal with congested traffic in the city. Free parking an obvious plus. Food was decent. Staff and service very good. The only real negative was one of hygiene. It was noticeable that when customers used the toilet facilities and failed to wash their hands, they would return to the restaurant and handle the utensils stacked in the containers on the table. In future, I would take wipes and clean before using.”
