「The room was very clean and well maintained. There is lots of counter space in the room and in the bathroom which is always helpful. Staff was plentiful and breakfast was good. Van Houtte coffee in the room is a nice touch. Not the greatest area to walk your dog but nice that it’s pet-friendly.」

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「What a beautiful property. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Free parking, about a 30 minute walk to the heart of downtown Fredericton. Very quiet. The only very slight issue was a very firm mattress. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely return.」

「Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others...
