“Charming cottage. Great amenities. Lovely garden. Comfy beds. Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily go again. Also, I was slightly worried it would smell of dogs but it absolutely doesn’t. We loved it for a Sutton on Sea mini break. ”

We had young children with us & there was plenty for them to do with toys games, puzzles & a games room at the property. We had a wonderful time & will definitely go again. LIZ & Edward the owners were so helpful & friendly & would definitely recommend staying here.”

“We absolutely loved staying here as it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy living room with a sofa each and a private enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Great area as it was a short walk to the beach so we left the car behind some days. I would recommend the walk to Sutton on Sea and a stop at the Ice Rock cafe - amazing food..We had brilliant weather but if it is awful the book, toy, game library room is a really lovely touch.”
