“Gosh I paid £100 per night for the two previous hotels and they gave nothing except coffee and one of them was a premier executive room. But the generosity and attention to detail in this hotel was staggering. Honestly I was truly impressed at how the owner went out of his way to make everything perfect. And for an extremely exceptional price. Thank you very much for a superb stay. Will certainly return and recommend u anytime. ”

“*Clean and everything you need.* Nancy the host runs a tight ship here and was very helpful throughout (also makes a great English fry-up). If I owned a BnB I'd want her running it. I was here longer than expected whilst house-hunting - I'm used to S/C apartments (hard to get in Boston unless paying well over odds) - but was very happy with the room I had (front right at top which has own WC). The locals are friendly enough once you get to know them. Yes a bit dated etc but for the price you def……
“We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was a family room which is probably why it was so spacious, and more importantly clean. My only moan would be breakfast is served between 8am - 9am. I personally think 8-10am would be more appealing but you can’t please everyone all the time. ”
